This document, hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Use”, represents a contract and establishes the terms and conditions of selling products through the online store. Acceptance of the Terms of Use implies acceptance of the Return Policy, the Privacy Policy, as well as all other information mentioned in this document.
SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time. Any changes made to the Terms of Use will enter into force only for new orders, registered after the publication of the respective changes on this website. Thus, please read the Terms of Use, before each order, because it is possible that there have been changes since the last visit.
SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL makes efforts to maintain the correctness of the information displayed on our online store. However, considering possible errors regarding this information, we state that:
– the size, colors and shape of the products can be perceived differently in the images available on the web page compared to reality because they depend on several factors such as the calibration of your phone’s monitor or display. SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL provides complete information on the characteristics of the products in the descriptions presented for each individual product, which we ask you to read carefully.
– the products will be delivered only to the extent that they are available, thus there is a risk that SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL will not be able to fully or partially deliver an order. Also, SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL reserves the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time.
– SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL makes every effort to deliver the products requested by the buyer in accordance with the assumed delivery interval. We mention that all the information regarding the delivery that is offered on the website, by phone or by e-mail is only an estimate, based on the estimates of the partner courier companies and, therefore, may vary from case to case.
The information provided on this website is not intended for distribution or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country/region where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL to any registration requirement in this jurisdiction or country/region. Access the site at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
All users who are minors in their jurisdiction of residence are prohibited from using the Site.
The content on the Site, including all features, materials, text, logos, software, data, graphics, photographs, sounds, music, video and interactive features (“Company Content”) and displayed trademarks and logos (“Marks”). are owned or licensed to SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL or its affiliates and are subject to copyright, trademark, trade model, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property rights according to international law and conventions.
Access to place an order is allowed to any customer.
By placing an order on www.seenbeauty.eu, the customer agrees to be contacted (by phone, SMS or e-mail) by the representatives of our online store. At the time of placing the order, the customer agrees with the terms of use set forth in this section. The buyer, by placing the Order, declares that the information has been provided by the seller in a clear and understandable way, thus he knows, understands and accepts the present Terms and Conditions.
The object of the contract is the products that the customer has expressed the option to buy, by generating an order on www.seenbeauty.eu, confirmed by the e-mail automatically issued when the order is placed by the customer.
The price of the products is mentioned on www.seenbeauty.ro. It can be modified at any time, without notice. The only exceptions are the orders that have already been confirmed. Price changes do not apply retroactively. The displayed prices do not include delivery costs.
You agree to make the payment using the selected payment method. SC SEEN COSMETICS SRL offers the following payment methods:
– online, through a bank card payment processor (Visa, Mastercard)
– cash on delivery (only for local orders, in Romania)
The Company reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or mistakes it makes even if payment has already been requested or received. Seen Cosmetics SRL does not request or store any details related to your card.
The buyer will be informed as soon as possible about the error produced and will have the option of either reconfirming the order at the correct price or canceling the order, in which case any amounts already paid in respect of the order in question will be refunded.
The promotions and offers present on our online store are valid within the limit of available stock and cannot be combined with other promotions/special discount programs.
The Seller has the right to refuse the Buyer’s Order or Orders, either for objective reasons (for example and not limited to, the presumption of fraud, the Buyer is a minor, the Products are not in the Seller’s stock and will not be for another 30 days from the date of the Order), or for reasons related to the commercial strategies of the Seller.
The products sold by SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL can be delivered throughout the European Union with the help of partnering courier companies.

The shipping options available (Standard or/and Express) will be revealed once the destination country is inserted.
SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL will ship the products within the terms mentioned on the online store for the ordered product, within a range of 1-4 working days from the date the order was generated or within 10 days at most from the date the customer generated the order in special cases (promotions with a strong impact, Black Friday, unforeseen events, vacation period, etc.).
The shipment confirmation will contain information for tracking the order.
If the product is/is no longer available, the company will inform the customer about this unavailability, following that the sums of money paid by the customer for the unavailable product, if they exist, will be reimbursed within a maximum of 10 days.
If SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL receives erroneous information related to the delivery of the products, it can refuse to honor the delivery, without this being considered a breach of the contract, or it can set a new deadline for honoring the order.
Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or zip codes. Shipments are delivered to the Recipient’s address communicated by the Sender, according to the rules of the partnering courier company in each country.
The courier company may notify the Recipient of a future delivery or a failed delivery. The recipient can be offered alternative delivery solutions such as next day delivery, delivery without receipt signature, redirection or collection from a dispatch center.
The Courier Partner will make all reasonable efforts to deliver items according to their normal delivery schedules, but these are not mandatory. SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL and the partnering courier company are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by delays.
Modifying or canceling the order
We remind you that we cannot make changes to orders already placed. Please check the contents of the basket before placing the order and make sure that both the type and the number of products are correct.
If you want to cancel an order whose status is: “In Processing”, this can be done by contacting the Customer Relations Department by email at the address: hello@seenbeauty.ro
In the conditions that the customer did not inform the company about the wish to cancel the order, its refusal to receive the order is considered an abuse. Thus, we reserve the right not to honor the orders of customers who have previously refused an order, unless they pay the value of the order in advance.
Also, the customer will be charged the transport fee if the parcel is refused/not picked up, the recipient cannot be found, the parcel cannot be delivered as a result of incorrect/incomplete data. The customer will be returned only the amount related to the ordered product. We also reserve the right to withhold amounts equivalent to the extra fees charged to us due to any situations generated by the fault of the recipient.
Orders are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday, to the address mentioned in the order. Weekends and legal holidays are not considered working days. Considering that we use an outsourced service, we cannot ask the partnering courier company to deliver at a certain time or on a certain date. Also, we are not responsible for delays caused by the partnering courier company. The mentioned delivery term can be exceeded in certain cases such as promotional periods, holidays or periods when the roads are impassable (floods, massive snowfalls, etc.).
Please check the integrity of the outer packaging (box) and if it shows signs of damage, conclude a damaged delivery document with the representative of the courier company.
In accordance with article 16 of the Romanian Gov. Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders that refer to:
– the supply of goods that have been unsealed after delivery, which can no longer be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
Therefore, the Buyer acknowledges the fact that he will not be able to avail himself of his legal right of withdrawal regarding the products unsealed by him, whose resell by Seen Beauty could present risks for reasons of hygiene or health protection for consumers (for example: skin/hair care products, make-up, etc.).
Thus, only products that comply with the form in which they were delivered, accompanied by the purchase invoice, are accepted for return.

These measures are specific to cosmetic products, as their validity period is calculated starting with the first opening of the package, and with their use/testing, there is the risk of transmitting bacteria by transferring the product to another person.
If the product meets the above conditions, contact the Customer Relations service at hello@seenbeauty.ro regarding the desire to return, and you will be contacted by an operator to indicate the next steps.
The products must be returned in the original packaging and be in exactly the same condition in which they were received by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the products have been checked and do not meet the return conditions. Round-trip fees in this case are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is resolved by refunding the value of the products, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by you in the return request, within 10 days at most from the receipt of the products. The return fees are borne by the customer and paid in advance, except in cases where the product is damaged upon receipt or you receive a different product than the one you ordered, in these cases the shipping fee is borne by us.
We do not accept parcels with cash on delivery or whose sender cannot be identified. We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during transport. We do not pick up parcels from post offices.
If the customer declares a non-conformity of the purchased good, SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL agrees to comply with the legal provisions in force, including GEO 140/2021, through which the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/771 of the Parliament were transposed into national legislation of the European Council of 20 May 2019 regarding certain aspects related to contracts for the sale of goods and established the legal framework regarding sales contracts concluded between the seller and the consumer, in particular rules regarding the conformity of goods, corrective measures in case of non-conformity, the modalities of implementing those corrective measures, as well as commercial guarantees in order to ensure a high level of consumer protection and the proper functioning of the internal market.

The client/consumer who suspects a non-compliance of a purchased product in terms of composition, stability, microbiology, etc. or has doubts about its quality, can notify Seen Beauty at hello@seenbeauty.ro. They will complete a written statement, in which they will explain what the non-conformity of the product consists of, being able to request the return through an unequivocal statement in this regard.
After receiving the return from the consumer, the SEEN COSMETICS SRL company will inform the client about the costs related to the laboratory tests that must be borne by the client in advance at the time of the request, based on an invoice from the authorized person (chemist/laboratory). SEEN Cosmetics SRL will send the complaint together with the product, the packaging, the proof of purchase and the customer’s statement to the authorized laboratory for investigation.
At the same time, the consumer must know that the investigation procedure can last up to 4 months (with the possibility of being extended, depending on the complexity of the investigation). If the manufacturer concludes that the product has a non-compliant content, then the return is accepted, and under these conditions, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for testing.
If the content of the product is declared compliant, SEEN Cosmetics SRL reserves the right to refuse to replace the product or refund the money and the product is returned to the customer in the condition in which it was received after investigation. In this case, all additional expenses generated regarding the transport of the product back to the customer will be borne by him.

The seller offers a guarantee only for products that, according to their nature, can have such a guarantee. More precisely, the Food Products/nutritional supplements and Cosmetic Products distributed by the Seller do not benefit from the Warranty. These, to the extent that there is a reason for their return without the Right of Withdrawal being applicable, will be replaced by the Seller with other identical Products and delivered to the Buyer, after the latter has returned to the Seller the first Products ordered (together with all the documents and other possible gifts received), within no more than 14 days from the date on which the Buyer communicated to the Seller the reasons why the Products should be replaced. For the avoidance of doubt, the Food Products/nutritional supplements and Cosmetic Products distributed by the Seller are replaced only if they reach the Buyer with defects, the latter not being able to use them in any situation (for example: the Product is unsealed, broken, broken etc). The guarantee concerns the compliance of the Products with their specifications presented by the Seller publicly, regardless of the method of communication (online, television, etc.).

SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL knows the importance of your data and is committed to protecting your confidentiality and security, processing your personal data in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”), with Law 190 /2018 regarding the implementation measures of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL staff is informed about the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, to the minimum requirements regarding security for the processing of personal data, as well as to the risks involved in the processing of personal data. If users do not wish to continue receiving commercial communications by email from our company, they can use the unsubscribe link in the footer of the newsletter received by email.
In case of litigation, an amicable solution will be tried first, within 30 working days from the registration of the complaint at the headquarters of SC SEEN Cosmetics SRL. If no agreement is reached after this deadline, the dispute will be resolved by the competent courts.
Reviews can be written by Users/Clients/Buyers in the “Reviews” section. The written information can be both positive and negative, and will refer to the characteristics and how to use a product after testing it beforehand.
The publication of the reviews grants the Seller a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, territorially unlimited right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display this content.

We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these rules, including those that we consider offensive/false in our own judgment or those that were placed by a User who did not purchase the product through our platform.
The reviews are not a means of communication with the Seller, in this sense the contact data of the Seller registered on the Site will be used.
Any notices or complaints related to the Goods and/or Service purchased by the Buyers will not be subject to any Review, the latter being obliged to comply with the provisions of the present Terms of Use in order to quickly and amicably resolve any such notices/complaints.

To prevent the occurrence of situations in which the product may change its smell, color or composition, avoid leaving the product with the packaging open for a long period of time. Close hermetically immediately after use. Also, cosmetic products must be stored in places with a constant temperature, away from direct sunlight or excessive moisture. If you have not followed these instructions and the product acquires a suspicious smell or color, we recommend that you stop using it.
