If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit/debit card matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current (not expired) and valid. After validating the information you’ve entered and an error message is received a second attempt, contact your financial institution for further assistance.
We’ll always try to deliver your order directly to you, so your order has several delivery attempts, according to the shipping company’s policies in each country. You can agree a different delivery date with the courier, so make sure you can be reached on your phone to establish the details. If your building has a doorman, you can authorize them to receive your orders. If the items cannot be left with anyone or in a safe place, the order will be returned to the store.
